King of the Cage San Manuel Casino

On February 2nd, King of the Cage (KOTC) returns to bring you some MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) action.  King of the Cage is putting on the MMA event "Reckless Abandon" at the San Manual Indian Bingo and Casino.  Reckless Abandon will feature two title fights, as well as the return of UFC vet Shonie Carter.

Fighting for the King of the Cage heavyweight title will be current champ Tony Lopez vs. Ryan Fortin.  The KOTC flyweight title will also be on the line as Marvin Garcia steps in the cage to face off against Frank Baca.

King of the Cage heavyweight champion Tony Lopez is entering Reckless Abandon on an impressive 4 fight winning streak. That winning streak has featured three submissions and a TKO.

Ryan Fortin wants that King of the Cage heavyweight title and he is bringing in an impressive three fight winning streak of his own. That streak has featured two TKO's and one submission.

Lopez vs. Fortin for the King of the Cage heavyweight title will be explosive as both of these fighters have shown they are fight finishers! KOTC "Reckless Abandon" will live up to the events name.

Marvin Garcia is entering this King of the Cage title fight with an impressive 7-1 record with his only loss coming to Jared Papazian who was recently signed by the UFC and won his UFC debut. Garcia will not have an easy time fighting Frank Baca though.

Frank Baca is 13-1 and is riding into this King of the Cage title fight on an eight fight winning streak. That eight fight winning streak has featured three submissions and three TKO's! If Marvin Garcia doesn't bring his "A" game, he's going to have a tough night at KOTC "Reckless Abandon".

Also on the King of the Cage "Reckless Abandon" fight card will be UFC vet and always entertaining Shonie Carter.  Carter has been doing more losing than winning lately, but it should be fun to watch him enter the cage and put on a show.
